Weaponized By Seth Barron

"I've heard few arguments as eye-opening as Barron's connection between suburban up-zoning and open borders – should be read by anyone concerned about the direction of the country and understanding how we arrived here."

--TOM FITTON, President, Judicial Watch

WEAPONIZED

The Left's Capture and Destruction of America's Sacred Institutions

By SETH BARRON

Author of THE LAST DAYS OF NEW YORK &

Associate Editorial Board Editor New York Post

WEAPONIZATION OF OUR SACRED INSTITUTIONS IS

HOW THE LEFT DESTROYS WHAT REMAINS OF AMERICA

In his timely new book WEAPONIZED: The Left's Capture, and Destruction of America's Sacred Institutions, New York City-based reporter-at-large Seth Barron exposes the infiltration and destruction of essential institutions by the progressive Left in order to undermine society and impose its radical agenda upon the American people. Former New York Times reporter John Tierney says: "He traces the anti-carceral Third-Worldism of (New York Mayor) Zohran Mamdani to its philosophical origins and unveils Angela Davis as the secret sharer of the contemporary left."

What is the nature of the threat? Seth says, "I see the Left as inveterately incapable of minding its business. Their blatant warning is always: 'You may not be interested in politics, but politics is interested in you.' The Right always disregards this sentiment, thinking, 'Well, I don't care if it's interested in me; I'm still not interested.' The Left love the idea that it's interested in them; they aren't surprised, because they identify so strongly with politics that they consider it their right to be interested in you and so to mind your business. In other words, the Left includes everyone who is interested in poking in other people's business."

The four essential institutions the Left has infiltrated and destroyed are:

CITIZENSHIP - When did the "American Dream" stop being exclusively for Americans, and has now become an aspiration we owe to everyone else in the world?

POLICING - Why "Defund the Police" is not only dangerous for citizens who want public safety but is at its core a cynical strategy for the radical Left to take over the last public institution not owned by the Democratic Party.

HOUSING - How "density" and "YIMBY" are sneaky ways for the Left to wage war on the suburbs that they see as racist, exploitative, environmentally unsustainable bastions of white supremacy. YIMBY is an acronym for "Yes in My Back Yard," which is a pro-housing movement advocating for increased housing supply, density, and zoning reform to combat affordability crises. Supporters, often opposing NIMBY ("Not in My Back Yard") restrictions, push for transit-oriented development and diverse housing types to reduce high rents and promote equity.

EDUCATION - How the Left unionized education and leveraged its members' dues into an electoral slush fund, froze out parents, gained control of curriculum, and turned school into an indoctrination center for radical perspectives on gender and privilege.

In WEAPONIZED you'll learn:

·    Why "Housing" is on Seth's list of weaponized institutions;

·    Why "public safety?" since the police are considered one of the institutions that are reliably conservative;

·    Why issues like climate change or 'Palestine' have become central concerns of local domestic politics;

·    Why the push for "walkable cities" is problematic;

·    Why the teachers' unions are so central to leftist politics; and

·    That to ignore the radical leftist forces which seek to interrupt, distort, and heave up the American way of life is not healthy for America.

We've often heard "As New York City goes, so goes the nation." Rep. Chip Roy has recently introduced legislation entitled The Mamdani Act which enacts sweeping immigration law changes that would deport, denaturalize, deny U.S. citizenship, or entry to any alien who is a member of a socialist party, a communist party, the Chinese Communist Party, or Islamic fundamentalist party, or advocates for socialism, communism, Marxism, or Islamic fundamentalism.

We must remember that most of the Mamdani type destruction of New York City began with the Obama-Biden regimes when they imposed a radical "whole of government" implementation of the hard-left equalitarian, pro-trans, pr-DEI, open-borders agenda. President Trump has rolled back many of these actions, but New York City still remains the example for the world to follow - it was the first capital of the United States, and despite its recent socio-political collapse, one has strong hopes that the city will rise again and prove worthy of its magnificent history.

"Society is defined by its institutions, broad systems that govern how we live. These institutions are informed by shared norms and values and represent an implicit mutual agreement among members of a society that things are run one way and not another. Controlling the operation of the four institutions is key to controlling the country. My goal in writing this book is to look under the hoods of these apparatuses, get a sense of how they work politically, and show how the Left has already warped the American way of life to the point where it may be unrecognizable, if not unrecoverable."

The Rainbow Chaser by Bob Livingston

THE RAINBOW CHASER

THE MAN WHO GAMBLED FOR SUCCESS AND BROKE EVEN

BOB LIVINGSTON

Former Member U.S. House of Representatives

Fighting Abuses of Power, Weaponized Lawfare and the Tyranny of the Deep State

The Inspiring Story of a True American Who Fought for His Good Name... AND WON

Former Congressman Bob Livingston has a warning for all Americans: "Lawfare is a weapon that is destroying the United States and ruining people's lives. The politicization of the judicial system must end now!" In his new book, The Rainbow Chaser: The Man Who Gambled for Success and Broke Even, Livingston exposes the abuses of power and the weaponization of the judicial system that almost destroyed him, his company and staff, his family, and many more innocents.

Lawfare has been with us since the inception of the country. Both Democrat and Republican prosecutors and investigating agents have misused their authority to pursue otherwise innocent victims over time. But many American citizens don't realize it was the arrival of Hillary Clinton at the White House that was when the practice was refined in tandem with her efforts to pursue all those who offered public criticism about her husband and the Clinton Administration. She was and is as corrupt as anyone in American politics. Her "war rooms" in the White House, the Senate, and at the State Department sowed the seeds for ongoing corruption within the Department of Justice.

Former Attorney General Merrick Garland, once denied a seat on the Supreme Court, adopted the practice of incredible abuse of the American judicial system with relish to accommodate the horribly corrupt Biden presidency and the Democrat agenda. AG Garland was unrestrained in his persecution of innocent Americans, be they protestors at school board meetings, religious and right to life advocates, non-violent January 6'ers, current and former Republican Members of Congress, and last but certainly not least, the past and current President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

Livingston's much praised first book, The Windmill Chaser, is a gripping and inspirational memoir recounting his life and work through his days in Congress and work with the Robert Livingston Group. Now, The Rainbow Chaser serves as its much-anticipated sequel - an indictment of corrupt political warfare being waged on the innocent, and rejection of abuses by specific individuals in the Democrat Party who transgress the American Constitution for political and personal ends.

As a former prosecutor and assistant U.S. Attorney at the DOJ in New Orleans (who worked with the FBI), Livingston is the exact right person at the right time in history to wage a war of righteous integrity on abuses of the judicial system and bring those guilty of breaking the law for personal gain to justice. In The Rainbow Chaser, Bob offers solutions to this national disgrace, including pushing Congress to waive all immunity from prosecutors or investigators who without probable cause target and persecute individuals for personal or political reasons. And once provided full due process, such persons should be held accountable civilly or criminally for misusing their awesome power of state over an individual.

Roughly defined as the use of legal action to cause problems for a political opponent, "lawfare" has become a term familiar to us all (after we witnessed the many cases brought against Donald Trump) - that makes our hearts skip a beat, like receiving a letter from the IRS. As Former Rep. Bob Livingston details in this deeply personal memoir and manifesto, it's more lethal than we can imagine; the concept bears devastating consequences for innocent victims.

Today, American leaders have manipulated elements of government, academia, education, and media to literally "cancel" victims by charging, arresting, impoverishing, and even imprisoning opponents of the woke deep state. President Donald Trump wasn't the only victim of lawfare and the deep state; many innocent people have become trapped in the snares of unjustified prosecution. In The Rainbow Chaser, Livingston exposes the corruption, defends the innocent, and condemns the politics of destruction. It is both a celebration of one man's American dream fulfilled, and a warning that unscrupulous political opponents, the deep state, and the "woke mob" are a clear and present danger to all Americans and must be fought and vanquished.

"This is a superb book - beautifully written, engaging, and punchy. It tells Bob Livingston's own great American story, gives an inside view of historical events, and provides a trenchant analysis of two phenomenon that are corrupting our justice system - lawfare and the thuggish behavior of certain prosecutors fixated on headhunting rather than justice." --William P. Barr, former Attorney General

"A compelling memoir of the life and career of one of the most influential figures in Washington over the last several decades... essential and riveting... tells us what's at stake if we do not rein in America's out-of-control lawfare." --Mollie Hemingway, editor in chief of The Federalist
